Easy and quick smoothie bowl I call it my Chia Protein Bowl! A perfect breakfast bowl, pre or post workout meal. Packed with Omegas and Protein!!!
Equipment:
-Magic Bullet
Ingredients:
Small bowl mixed fruits
1/2 Small Banana
1/2 Small Apple
Small Handful of frozen berries
Small handful of Diced pineapple
2 Tbp Chia Seeds
1 Cup Water
Blend until smooth, transfer to small bowl
Top with:
1/2 Small Banana
1 Tbsp Chia seeds
