Easy, quick and simple whole wheat bread recipe. Perfect bread to make the ulimate grilled cheese sandwich, or just to eat on its own.

3-1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Bread Flour
1 Packet Instant Yeast
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning (Optional)
(2) Large Mixing Bowl

Step 1. In a large mixing bowl sift flour. Mix in salt. Set mixture aside.
Step 2. In the second mixing bowl add warm water and instant yeast packet.
Step 3. Combine flour mixture into water mixture. Mix until well combined. Fold mixture eight (8) times. Cover dough with a dish cloth and let dough rest for one (1) hour.
Step 4. Fold mixture eight (8) times. Cover dough with a dish cloth and let dough rest for thirty (30) minutes.
Step 5. Preheat empty dutch oven for the 30 minutes at 450° F while dough is resting.
Step 6. Flour clean surface with bread flour. Transfer dough to floured surface and slightly flour top of dough. Fold dough eight (8) times into a circle.
Step 7. Cut a sheet of parchment slightly bigger than the dutch pot. Flip dough with folded side on the bottom onto the parchment paper. Brush exposed surface of dough with olive oil. Add everything bagel seasoning to top surface of dough. Score top of dough into a cross.
Step 8. Carefully remove pot from oven. Transfer dough to pot still on the parchment. Bake at 450° F, thirty (30) minutes with lid on and then twenty (20) minutes with lid off.
Step 9. Carefully remove pot from oven. Set on a cooling rack and cool for one (1) hour. Serve and Enjoy!!
