Mini Vegan Grilled Cheese


Serves 10 - 12

A mini grilled cheese packed with so many amazing flavors, both savory and sweet, and guess what, IT'S VEGAN!! Yes you heard that right, it's vegan, trust me no one will be able to tell the difference. The perfect appetizer or any event and a great addition to any brunch. These grilled cheese won't last long and will have everyone asking for more.

-Prep Time: 5 min

-Cook Time: 10 min

-Total Time : 15 min



  • ( 1 ) Long French Baguette, Thinly Sliced

  • ( 2 ) Avocados, Sliced

  • Arugula

  • 1 Bag Colby Jack Shreds Vegan Cheese (Violife Brand)

  • 4 Tbsp Vegan Butter ( For Frying Grilled Cheese)

  • Black Pepper

  • Sea Salt


  • Large Frying Pan

Step 1. Slice baguette thinly, then top with cheese, pinch of salt and pepper, tomato chutney, avocado and arugula.

Step 2. Cook sandwiches in batches in large frying pan on medium-low heat, melting 1-2 tbsp of butter at a time. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes until cheese starts to melt and the outside of the sandwich gets crispy.

Step 3. Serve Hot and Enjoy!!
