Calling all AVOCADO lovers!!! But first props where props are due. My boyfriend was the one who introduced me to this sandwich and it has been a staple in my diet when I'm craving some carbs but still want to keep it a little heathy lol. With only 4 ingredients this sandwich is quick and easy to make. Tasty for adults and kids alike.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Avocado
Handfull Spinach
2 Tbsp Just Mayo
3 Slices Multigrain Bread
Spices:
1 tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1. Toast Bread
Step 2. Mix Mayo and black pepper
Step 3. On a cutting board evenly slice avocado into medium slices
Step 4. On first slice of toast evenly spread 1 Tbsp of mayo mixture and layer half sliced avocado and half spinach evenly across bread.
Step 5. Add second slice of bread. Layer second half of sliced avocado and rest of spinach evenly across bread.
Step 6. On last slice of toast evenly spread rest of mayo mixture and place bread mayo side down on top of sandwich
