3 Ripe Bananas
3/4 Cup Pure Cane Sugar
1-1/2 Cup Unbleached Flour (Switch for Gluten-free flour to make Gluten-free)
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1-1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Melted Vegan Butter
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Tsp Cinnamon
9" x 5" Loaf Pan

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 2. In a large mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas. Mix in butter, salt and sugar.
Step 3. Sift in baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg & cinnamon. Mix until well blended.
Step 4. Sift in flour and mix until well incorporated. Be sure to not over mix, mix until you don't see any flour streaks.
Step 5. Pour the batter into a greased a 9" x 5" non-stick loaf pan.
Step 6. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes - 1 hour, until toothpick comes out clean, ovens are different, so use your best judgement.
Step 9. Let the banana bread cool, slice, serve and enjoy!! Store left overs covered to maintain mouistue, for u to 3-4 days on the counter.
