A Banana Muffin that will have you questioning if it's really vegan. This recipe will have everyone reaching for seconds and won't last a day! Know they didn't in my house.

INGREDIENTS:
3 Small Ripe Bananas
1 Cup Oat Milk
1/3 Cup Almond Oil
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2-1/4 Cup Unbleached Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tsp Allspice
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
3/4 Cup Crushed Walnuts (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1. Preheat oven to 400°.
Step 2. In a large mixing bowl mash ripe bananas.
Step 3. Next, mix in milk, oil, vanilla, apple cider vinegar and sugar until well incorporated.
Step 4. Next, in a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder, salt, allspice and nutmeg.
Step 5. Slowly incorporate dry ingredient mixture into wet ingredients. Mix until well combined. Be sure not to over mix.
Step 6. Add walnuts until just combined (optional).
Step 7. Grease Liners with baking spray and place in cupcake tins.
Step 8. Fill liners 3/4 to the top. Add a few crushed walnuts to the tops (optional). Once all the mixture is used, place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes @ 400° until tops are golden brown.
Step 9. Cool for 5 minutes, Serve and Enjoy!! (#Bananamuffin #vegandesserts #Muffins #Bananas)
