Strawberry Banana Waffles

No eggs required! If you have a sweet tooth this recipe is for you. This quick and easy recipe is perfect for breakfast, brunch and dinner if you like. The best recipes are often the simplest ones.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cup Unbleached Flour

  • 2 Cup Almond Milk

  • 4 Tbsp Almond Oil

  • 2 Ripe Banana

  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1 Pinch Salt

  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Diced Strawberries

Toppings:

  • Powdered Sugar

  • Homemade "Cheesecake" Strawberry Sauce

UTENSILS

  • Waffle Maker

INSTRUCTIONS:


Step 1.

Grease waffle iron and turn it on.


Step 2.

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Then add milk, oil, and vanilla. Whisk until batter is smooth


Step 3.

Mix in bananas and strawberries.


Step 4.

Pour batter into waffle iron according to its instructions.


*Cooking time may vary depending on your waffle iron.


Step 5.

Top with powdered sugar, chocolate sauce or strawberry sauce, and diced strawberries. Serve and enjoy!
