What is the difference between being Vegan, Vegetarian and Plant-Based commonly known as (Raw Vegan)
Vegetarian: Eats milk, eggs, grains, fruits and vegetables. Does not eat meat, poultry, or fish
Vegan: Eats: Grains, vegetables, fruit and processed vegan foods. Does not eat meat, poultry, fish, milk, eggs or honey
Plant-based: Eats 100% plants: Grains, vegetables and fruit. Does not eat meat, poultry, fish, milk, eggs, honey or processed vegan foods
What category do you fall in? Whatcategory are you trying to reach? Have you tried going vegan before? If so did you go cold turkey or ween your way into by slowly cutting out certain foods? Ive tired both ways before, both work, you just have to find out what works best for you. This time around I went cold turkey. Will I go back to eating meat? who knows..... I just want to be satisfied with my life knowing that I took care of my body, my temple the best way I could.
