Banana Oat Pancakes

This family friendly non-spill recipe is a great alternative to a favorite breakfast staple. This quick and simple three ingredient gluten free pancake recipe will have you never looking back.

 

-Prep Time : 5 min

-Cook Time : 15 min

-Total Time : 20 min

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Raw Oats

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk

  • 1 Ripe Banana

Toppings:

  • Powdered Sugar

  • Agave Nectar

UTENSILS

  • Magic Bullet

INSTRUCTIONS:


Step 1.

In the largest magic bullet cup combine oats, milk and 1/2 ripe banana. Blend well and let mixture sit for 5 min.


Step 2.

In a medium non-stick pan lightly coat bottom of pan with almond oil under medium heat. Pour 6 inch diameter circles of batter into pan once hot. Fry each side 2-5 min or until golden brown.


Step 3.

Slice remaining half of banana into medium slices.


Step 4.

With 2-3 pancakes stacked, top with remaining banana slices, agave nectar and sift powdered sugar.


Step 5.

Serve and enjoy!
